What you'll do

Deliver the daily production plan on output, quality and safety
Track OEE, downtime and rejection and act on the losses
Coordinate manpower, material and maintenance for the line
Drive small improvements in cycle time and manning
Publish daily and monthly production reports
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Production Planning, Line Balancing, OEE Tracking
Comfort with ERP, MS Excel and shop floor systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Gurugram, Haryana or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
