Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or M.Tech Structural/Construction Mgmt)
Foundational knowledge of Construction Management, AutoCAD, Site Supervision
Ability to read drawings, good communication and a genuine willingness to learn on site
Based in or open to working from Chennai
Site training, college projects, drawings or estimates you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
