What you'll do

Welcome guests and personalise their stay
Handle guest feedback, requests and complaints
Coordinate special arrangements and celebrations
Liaise between guests and hotel departments
Gather and act on guest satisfaction feedback
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Guest Relations, Communication, Hospitality Standards, Complaint Handling
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Sanquelim, Goa
