What you'll do

Design, build and maintain BI dashboards and semantic models
Write performant SQL and DAX for reporting datasets
Set up scheduled refreshes and monitor pipeline failures
Enable business teams to self-serve instead of raising ad-hoc requests
Enforce consistent metric definitions across reports
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, DAX
Comfort with Power BI, SQL and DAX and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
