What you'll do

Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity across the Q2 platform.
Develop and maintain both backend services and data processing workflows, including ETL pipelines.
Deliver reliable solutions in live production systems, working both independently and collaboratively.
Support and maintain custom features, including debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis, with occasional on-call availability.
Apply strong debugging skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production and data issues.
Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.
Contribute to data analysis and model-driven features, including exploratory data analysis (EDA) and ML integration.
Collaborate on AI-powered and agent-based solutions, leveraging modern LLM frameworks and tooling.
Assist and mentor teammates by sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance.

Who can apply

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Solid experience in web/tool development and backend service development.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI workflows.
Understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and service-oriented/microservices architectures.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Occasional availability for on-call/emergency support; ability to work flexible
