• As a Market Access Pharma Pricing - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Who can apply

• Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive delivery abilities within a project team that includes the following:
• Market Access & GTN Delivery
• 5-8 years of experience in pricing strategy, market access, or related consulting work
• Prior experience with pharmaceutical companies or top-tier consulting firms is highly desirable
• Develop and validate list-to-net waterfall simulations, accrual true-ups, and price realization analyses
• Lead financial modeling and variance analysis to identify value leakage and recommend improvements
• Analytics & Technology
• Competence in analytical tools, data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and relevant programming languages (preferred)
• Familiarity with data integrations, model governance, and access controls across GTN and ERP systems
• Leadership & Delivery
