What you'll do

Build and maintain Excel models, trackers and management dashboards
Automate recurring reports with Power Query, formulas and macros
Clean and reconcile data from multiple source files
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packs for business heads
Handle ad-hoc analysis requests within agreed turnaround
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query
Comfort with Advanced Excel, Power Query and Google Sheets and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
