What you'll do

Analyse clinical, claims and patient-flow data
Track quality, utilisation and operational healthcare KPIs
Build compliant dashboards for clinical and business teams
Support regulatory and accreditation reporting
Handle sensitive data strictly within privacy policy
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.Pharm/B.Sc (Life Sciences/Statistics)/B.E./B.Tech/MBA (Healthcare)/BDS/MBBS or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Healthcare Data Standards
Comfort with SQL, Excel and clinical data systems and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
