Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• * Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption to identify optimization opportunities
• * Define, track, and monitor product KPIs such as engagement, retention, conversion, and growth
• * Build and maintain dashboards and reports using spreadsheets, SQL, and BI tools
• * Partner with Product Managers to support roadmap prioritization and feature impact analysis
• * Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and root-cause analysis
• * Support product launches by defining success metrics and performing post-launch analysis
• * Analyze product ratings, reviews, and customer feedback to inform product improvements
• * Drive small to medium-scale analytics initiatives end-to-end
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights and recommendations
• * Benchmark products against industry trends and best practice*s

Who can apply

• * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• * 3-5 years of Proven experience in a Product Analyst or product-focused analytics role
• * Strong proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
• * Strong experience with spreadsheet-based analysis and dashboarding (Excel / Google Sheets)
• * Hands-on experience in using AI tools or Agentic AI for workflows, documentation, data analysis & generating insight.
• * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Technical Skills
• * Data & Querying: SQL (BigQuery, Hive, Starburst)
