What you'll do

  • Maintain planning trackers for demand, builds, bills of material, purchase orders, inventory, and delivery schedules.
  • Translate upcoming prototype, pilot, and production plans into material requirements and shortage reports.
  • Reconcile part numbers, quantities, lead times, substitutes, and supplier commitments with engineering and procurement.
  • Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, ageing analysis, and material allocation across builds.
  • Build simple dashboards for shortages, on-time delivery, inventory coverage, and plan changes.
  • Follow up on open actions and prepare clear updates for daily and weekly operating reviews.
  • Help document and improve planning, procurement, and material-control processes.
  • Support supplier research and data cleanup when required.
  • Required qualifications and skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, analytics, commerce, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, dashboards, SQL, or basic automation.
