• Contribute to the rebuild and modernization of existing web applications to improve performance and user experience

• Participate in end-to-end feature delivery, from design through deployment
• Contribute to frontend engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
• Debug application issues, identify bottlenecks, and improve frontend performance
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend development workflows
• Evaluate and implement modern frontend tools and libraries where appropriate
• Ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability of frontend applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, backend, QA, and design

• Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Bengaluru office (Wilshire III by MFAR, 492, Hobli, RHB Colony, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.
• In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week, with the potential to increase to five days per week, as required by the business. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.
• Senior Software Engineer – Frontend (UI)
• The Senior Software Engineer – Frontend is a hands-on individual contributor role for an experienced frontend engineer with strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and a collaborative approach to building scalable web applications. This role is responsible for contributing to the development, modernization, and optimization of our frontend platform while actively delivering high-quality production code.
• As a strong contributor, you will work on complex frontend initiatives, participate in technical design discussions, and help improve the scalability, reliability, performance, and usability of our applications. You will collaborate closely with product, design, backend engineering, and QA teams to deliver impactful, user-centered experiences aligned with business goals.
• You will contribute to frontend best practices through code reviews, architecture discussions, testing strategies, and engineering standards. You will also support and mentor junior engineers while continuously growing your own technical expertise within a fast-paced, product-driven engineering environment.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern frontend applications, solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and growing toward advanced technical leadership.
