About this internship

MARS Cosmetics, a young and bold color-cosmetics brand based in Delhi, is hiring a Software Engineer Intern to help build internal web tools, dashboards and workflow systems that make the business run more efficiently. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys turning manual processes into smart, automated software. You will support the automation of repetitive tasks and manual business processes, and help integrate AI into internal use cases such as search, reporting, SOP assistance, drafting and data workflows. Working with APIs, databases, spreadsheets and business tools, you will connect systems to reduce manual effort, collaborate with team members to convert requirements into working features, and test, debug and improve internal applications for usability and reliability — while documenting workflows and technical implementations clearly.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Build internal web tools, dashboards and workflow systems
• Automate repetitive tasks and manual business processes
