What you'll do

Greet visitors and manage the front desk
Handle calls, emails and enquiries
Schedule appointments and meetings
Coordinate with internal departments
Maintain visitor and front-desk records
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Front Office & Admin
Working knowledge of Front Desk, Communication, MS Office, Call Handling
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Pilerne, Goa
