Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Own automotive interior trim deliverables from feasibility to release
• Prepare design proposals for Styling/CAS and quality improvement
• Perform tooling feasibility: tool direction, parting line, slider/lifter
• Conduct interface, DMU, assembly and serviceability checks
• Release 3D data in Teamcenter/PLM with quality checks
• Prepare DCS, BOM and review-ready technical documentation
• Interior trims design and development process knowledge
• Plastic part design and tooling/manufacturing feasibility
• CATIA parametric modelling with GD&T and 3D annotation
• Gap-flush, BSR, CAE/DVP and validation awareness

Who can apply

• 4 to 7 years trims design experience
• CATIA hands-on modelling and release exposure
• Plastic/tooling feasibility knowledge
• Interior trim commodity ownership
• Industry Preferred
• Automotive trims design experience at OEM / Tier 1 / engineering services organization.
• Action-oriented ownership and accountability
• Strong team collaboration with CFT and suppliers
• Structured communication for reviews and escalations
• Problem-solving mindset for design, tooling and quality issues
