What you'll do

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML with strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, particularly in designing and developing complex, production-level AI/ML solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have practical experience taking AI/ML solutions from concept or prototype through to production deployment, with a strong understanding of model integration, AI/ML workflows, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Experience in API development and software engineering is also required, but this will be a secondary focus compared to hands-on AI/ML expertise.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven hands-on experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions.
• Experience working on complex, real-world AI/ML use cases rather than only prototypes, POCs, or academic projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with Java, C#, or TypeScript is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications is preferred.
• Experience with concepts such as RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, LLM integration, and model evaluation is an advantage.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Spring Boot, .NET, or similar.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, scalability, and performance.
