What you'll do

Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity screens
Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library
Work with product and engineering to turn requirements into usable interfaces
Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Create marketing and in-product creatives when needed
Present design rationale clearly in reviews and critiques
Keep files, naming and handoff specs clean and developer-ready
Research design patterns, accessibility standards and competitor experiences

Who can apply

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Architecture or a related field — strong self-taught designers are welcome
0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
A portfolio showing UI/UX work — real projects, case studies or thoughtful concepts
Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping)
Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, spacing and grids
Grasp of UX fundamentals — user flows, information architecture, usability heuristics
Awareness of accessibility basics (contrast, tap targets, semantics)
Ability to take critique constructively and iterate quickly
Bonus: motion design, illustration, or basic HTML/CSS understanding
Clear communication — you can explain why a design decision is the right one
