Analyse business data and build reports

Write SQL to extract and transform data

Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, Delhi (or remote where applicable)

Interview & selection process

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:

1Application Screening — the Lenskart recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Data Analyst role in Delhi.
2Online Assessment — a timed test covering fundamentals, problem solving and basic SQL/Excel/Power BI questions.
3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Data Analyst.
4Second Interview — a deeper discussion with the team lead / hiring manager on real scenarios and problem solving.
