What you'll do

Write and optimise SQL to extract data from production and warehouse tables
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business teams
Investigate trends, anomalies and drops in key metrics and explain the cause
Translate open-ended business questions into a defined analysis plan
Own the accuracy of every number you publish
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI
Comfort with SQL, Excel and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)

2Technical interview 1 — SQL joins, aggregations, window functions and data modelling
3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
