• The Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge
• Understand audit procedures performed by CRC
• Be an integral part of the teams assigned as dedicated team for Canada audit engagement teams
• Learn to use KCw — the audit documentation tool
• Develop an understanding of audit tools/applications used (E.g. Datasnipper, IDEA, CASEWARE, MS Office)
• Showcase efficient and effective performance on audit procedures within the set timelines and deliver high-quality work
• Demonstrate operational excellence in all processes
• Acquire new skills and enhance the existing ones by participating in training and development sessions organized at work
• Participate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas
• Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills
