J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore, and Switzerland.
Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for “IMPO UAM Authorization Specialist” to join the J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations organization in “Bengaluru & Hyderabad, India

Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for studies in Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit.
6 - 8 years of experience in UAM, particularly within an enterprise risk management framework.
Hands-on experience with at least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including proficiency in Fiori.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP GRC Access Control and Identity Management tools.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP BTP, ARIBA and SAP SaaS applications.
Deep knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, SoD (Segregation of Duties) mitigation, and remediation strategies.
Experience with risk matrix/rule set maintenance, data analysis, conversion, and migration.
Familiarity with collaboration platforms & tools such as JIRA, MS
Strong project management capabilities with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in virtual/remote environments.
