What you'll do

• Mail Operations Management
• Sort, process, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries to appropriate departments and individuals in a timely manner
• Prepare and process outbound mail, including franking, weighing, packaging, and coordinating courier pickups
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services
• Operate mailroom equipment including franking machines, printers, scanners, and packaging tools
• Administrative Support
• Manage relationships with postal services, courier companies, and delivery vendors
• Track and reconcile postage expenses and maintain budget awareness
• Handle special delivery requests and priority correspondence with appropriate urgency
• Maintain mailroom inventory including packaging materials, stationery, and supplies

Who can apply

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in mailroom operations, logistics, or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling correspondence
• Good organizational and time management skills
