What you'll do

• We are looking for a FullStack Intern to work closely with our engineering, product, and CX teams and gain hands-on experience building and scaling our Voice AI stack.
• You will contribute to projects across voice bots, agent assist tools, servicing dashboards, and backend infrastructure, while working with production systems and modern AI technologies.

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, wih strong programming fundamentals.
• Strong interest in full-stack engineering and building production systems.
• Interest or hands-on exposure to Voice AI systems for CX use cases.
• Understanding of queueing systems, retry mechanisms, and scheduling infrastructure.
• Exposure to deploying or working with services on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience building or contributing to dashboards or internal tools.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take up tasks end-to-end with guidance from senior engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with CX, product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Typescript/Nodejs
