What you'll do

• Patching Coordinators own the patching calendar across multiple clients and environments, coordinate and schedule maintenance windows in alignment with SLAs and client requirements, ensure patch cycles are executed according to defined cadence (monthly, out-of-band, emergency patches) and communicate schedules, changes, and impacts to internal teams and customers

Who can apply

• 3–5+ years in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure coordination
• Demonstrated experience working in managed services (MSP) or multi-client environments.
• Familiarity with patching tools such as N‑central (N‑able), Qualys or similar RMM platforms as well as automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible awareness preferred)
• Experience with change management and maintenance scheduling
