What you'll do

Write, optimise and document SQL for analysis and reporting
Model and join data across many source tables reliably
Build the curated datasets that feed dashboards
Reconcile query output against source systems before publishing
Support ad-hoc data requests with fast, correct answers
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of SQL, Query Optimisation, Joins & Window Functions
Comfort with SQL and relational databases and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate
