Coordinate with internal teams to solve problems
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Communication, CRM, Problem Solving, Ticketing Systems
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Pernem, Goa
