Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Assist in sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products as per defined specifications and SOPs.
• Perform routine laboratory tests such as pH, viscosity, moisture, density, titration and other applicable quality parameters.
• Operate laboratory instruments and equipment under the guidance of senior QC personnel.
• Accurately record test results, observations and maintain laboratory registers and documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, identification and storage of samples, chemicals and laboratory consumables.
• Follow GLP/GMP, safety, hygiene, SOP and 5S requirements within the laboratory.
• Support calibration, equipment checks and other routine laboratory activities.
• Develop practical knowledge and competency in laboratory analysis, quality systems and testing procedures during the apprenticeship.
