• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate business processes into system configurations
• Conduct client workshops, demos, and training sessions to showcase solution capabilities
• Support reports, interfaces, data conversion, and integrations with payroll and Core HR modules
• Perform system testing, payroll validation, and parallel payroll runs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Troubleshoot functional issues and resolve implementation-related defects across project phases
• Develop functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring successful delivery of implementation projects
• Strong experience in workflows, security, and OTBI/BI reporting
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client handling skills
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (HRMS preferred) with exposure to Agile/Iterative methodologies
