Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma (role-dependent, any stream where applicable)
Foundational knowledge of Java, Python, Data Structures, Git
Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn
Based in or open to working from Delhi, Delhi (or remote where applicable)
A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)

Interview & selection process

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:

1Application Screening — the GNFC recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Software Developer Intern internship in Delhi.
2Online Assessment — a timed test covering fundamentals, problem solving and basic Java/Python/Data Structures questions.
3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Software Developer Intern.
