What you'll do

• Procurement and Fulfillment activities:
• ·        Perform RFQ/Bid evaluation/Negotiations.
• ·        Check the database of PRs, Check source allocation and qualification status.
• ·        Check project needs and PO placements.
• Confirm schedule and PO details with suppliers, Update Supplier confirmation in ERP and inform the buyers regarding challenges and issues.
• Follow up with suppliers and update status, expedite deliveries to ensure on time delivery of the material.
• ·        Coordinate between Quality team and suppliers for PO inspection schedules and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRS)
• ·        Update Line of balance (LOB) Materials Management report for project teams
• Attend Operational management meetings Prepare weekly summary reports in excel and share the updates with customers.
• Track materials readiness to ship from the supplier.
