Who can apply

• Core and technical expertise requirement
• 6-10 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Maintenance Management solutions within manufacturing or plant operations environments.
• Hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS), covering Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, and BIRT Reporting.
• Strong experience in Maximo configuration, customization, application development, and solution enhancement.
• Proven experience in MAS implementation, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Proficiency in Maximo Automation Scripting (Python / Jython) and working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo workflows, escalations, actions, launch points, and business object framework.
• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and enterprise integrations with SAP/ERP and related platforms.
• Strong capabilities in testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and support of complex application and integration solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
