• Our Engineering and Product Development team at Industrial Scientific is inviting applications for a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer/Technician to assist in the design and development of next generation industrial safety products and solutions. Industrial Scientific is an industry leader in this space with a range of award-winning Internet of Things / Connected products and recurring revenue business models. • The Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer/Technician is a skilled engineering engineer/technician professional who assists the engineering team with the design of large-scale mechanical engineering projects. This person acts as a hands-on technician working to ensure one or several engineering projects are completed successfully in a required time frame while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• As a Senior Engineer/Technician you would be held to high standards of performance in all areas, both technical and professional, serve as a role model to other technicians and fostering collaboration throughout the entire company. Who can apply

• BE, BTech with 3+yrs of Experience or Diploma with 5+yrs of experience from an accredited engineering college or university or equivalent experience.
• Developed skills in the usage of laboratory test equipment (i.e. EMC & OTA equipment, oscilloscope, etc.)
• Developed mechanical assembly and electronics skills.
• Developed soldering skills.
• Able to work independently or in team environments with limited supervision.
• Able to use Oracle/iProcurement/Mobus/Windchill/JIRA/JAMA.
• Able to commit to and work under deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strict adherence to detail.
