What you'll do

• Flex intends to Spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
• To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation Engineer located in Chennai location.
• Automation & Reporting Engineer with good experience in Python, VBA, SQL, RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps, Tableau, Power BI, MIS Reporting, and Microsoft Office automation.
• The role focuses on developing automation solutions, business applications, reports, dashboards, API integrations, and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency and modernize business processes..

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or equivalent degree.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Automation engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / VBA, and Microsoft Office automation.
• Hands-on experience with RPA / Power Automate for workflow automation and business process optimization.
