What you'll do

Gather, document and sign off business requirements with stakeholders
Map current processes and quantify where they leak time or money
Build the analysis and decks that support a proposed change
Coordinate between business users and technical teams through delivery
Track post-implementation metrics to confirm the change worked
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Statistics / Economics) from a recognised university
0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Requirement Gathering
Comfort with SQL, Excel and process-mapping tools and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate
