What you'll do

• Own brand strategy and the marketing P&L for a group of brands within a franchise
• Lead and develop a team of brand/product managers and executives
• Set group-level budgets and defend ROI to senior leadership
• Own key opinion leader (KOL) relationships and advisory-board engagement for the franchise
• Ensure every campaign across the group clears UCPMP and regulatory review
• Represent the franchise in cross-functional leadership and market-access reviews
• Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
• Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
• Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

• MBA (Marketing) with a science/pharmacy background preferred from a recognised university
• 8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of Group Brand Strategy, P&L Ownership, Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS data, portfolio brand-tracking dashboards and market-access data and with reading prescription and market-share data
• Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate
