EXL Service is hiring a PHP Web Developer Intern in Mumbai — a hands-on, mentor-led web development internship for 2026 freshers and final-year students who want to build real, job-ready websites and web apps on live work rather than textbook exercises.

What you'll do
- building features with PHP / Laravel
- writing and optimising MySQL queries
- integrating front-end templates
- debugging and maintaining web apps
- Collaborate with the team and document your work
- Take ownership of assigned web features and act on code-review feedback
Who can apply
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS / IT / any relevant stream — 2026 freshers & final-year students welcome
- Foundational knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Laravel (or a strong willingness to learn them)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript basics; familiarity with Git is a plus
- Good communication, problem-solving and a genuine eagerness to learn
- Based in or willing to work from Mumbai
- A portfolio, personal website or web project you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
