Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of complex Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, application, and business metrics
• Architect and implement end-to-end observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and other data sources
• Define dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across teams
• Build and optimize advanced queries (PromQL, LogQL, SQL, Flux) for performance and accuracy
• Design and manage alerting strategies and escalation workflows
• Develop custom integrations, automation, and Grafana API–based solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams to translate requirements into monitoring solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident analysis
• Integrate Grafana with data sources such as Prometheus, Loki, InfluxDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
