What you'll do

• Step into a pivotal role where your precision and customer-first mindset ensure the integrity of Elanco’s commitments to our customers. As a G2N Customer Experience Analyst in Finance Operations, you will be the heartbeat of our claim processing engine, ensuring our customers receive accurate pricing and seamless rebate experiences. You will transform complex pricing strategies into operational reality, serving as a dependable advocate for our customers and a strategic partner to our Commercial teams. This role is an ideal launchpad for a detail-oriented professional who is looking to master specialized systems like Vistex and SAP, collaborate with cross-functional experts in Sales and Marketing, and grow into a future leader within Elanco’s global Center of Excellence (COE) organization.

Who can apply

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance, operations, accounts payable, or analytical role where high-volume data accuracy was a primary requirement.
• Core Skills: You are exceptionally detail-oriented and dependable. You possess strong analytical skills, a "get it right the first time" mentality, and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation.
