What you'll do

• Support SAP Project System (PS) solutions across global manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand the requirements and support the designing and delivery of solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, migration, and implementation activities for Project Systems processes.
• Support project delivery and enhancement activities by preparing function designs, test scenarios and support documentation.
• Collaborate with development team to build solutions.
• Support integration with 3rd party applications interfaces with SAP PS module .
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP PS and integrated systems. Participate in root cause analysis process .
• Participate in troubleshooting application, data, and integration issues across interconnected systems, contributing to root cause analysis and resolution activities .
• Follow ITIL processes - incident management, problem management, change management and request management, providing 24x7 support to site users.
