What you'll do

  • Deliver the daily production plan on output, quality and safety
  • Track OEE, downtime and rejection and act on the losses
  • Coordinate manpower, material and maintenance for the line
  • Drive small improvements in cycle time and manning
  • Publish daily and monthly production reports
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Production Planning, Line Balancing, OEE Tracking
  • Comfort with ERP, MS Excel and shop floor systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
