What you'll do

To manage and ensure effective day-to-day delivery of soft facility services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, workplace experience, safety, and employee satisfaction. The role will oversee service partners, monitor performance against SLAs/KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Who can apply

Ensure a clean, safe, hygienic, and welcoming workplace environment.
Coordinate employee requests and complaints related to soft services.
Monitor feedback and implement corrective/improvement actions.
Support workplace events, employee engagement activities, and special requirements.
Coordinate seating moves, office transitions, and other workplace activities from a soft-services perspective.
Cafeteria & Pantry Operations
Monitor cafeteria and pantry services to ensure hygiene, food quality, service standards, and availability.
Coordinate with food vendors on menu, service quality, employee feedback, and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain records of observations and corrective actions.
