What you'll do

Analyse funnels, retention, activation and engagement
Design and read out A/B experiments with correct statistics
Define product metrics and keep instrumentation honest
Build self-serve dashboards for product and design teams
Turn behavioural data into specific product recommendations
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of SQL, Product Analytics, A/B Testing
Comfort with SQL, Mixpanel/Amplitude and Excel and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
