Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Design, build and maintain BI dashboards and semantic models
• Write performant SQL and DAX for reporting datasets
• Set up scheduled refreshes and monitor pipeline failures
• Enable business teams to self-serve instead of raising ad-hoc requests
• Enforce consistent metric definitions across reports
• Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
• Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/B.Com or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
• 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, DAX
• Comfort with Power BI, SQL and DAX and with cleaning messy, real-world data
• Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
