Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Debugging and troubleshooting technical issues across mobile apps and our Branch platform
• Providing technical assistance to developers and marketers who use the Branch SDK and attribution solutions.
• Resolving issues related to SDK Integration (iOS, Android & Web platforms)
• Ensuring smooth integration and functionality for our clients.
• Working closely with other post-sales teams (primarily Account Managers) to provide exceptional technical support and resolve complex integration challenges.
• Escalating bugs to our Internal Engineering Team and providing feedback to our Product teams.
• Managing bug queue to ensure issues are followed up on and resolved
• Writing and Querying databases using SQL.
• Documenting our robust Knowledge Base repository to keep content up-to-date.
• Contributing to enhancements across support processes and tools.
