What you'll do

• Maintenance of Machine shop, machines, and equipment.
• Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance of machine shop, machines equipment's.
• TPM Implementation·
• Experience in control system engineering.
• Preferable expertise in CNC controllers 840D, Fanuc, Rexroth and PLCs - Allen bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth, robotics ( Fanuc, universal)
• Expertise in Air leakage test, Vacuum tests, Process plants ·
• Expertise in I4.0 solutions, machine connectivity, IOT devices etc. ·
• Troubleshooting of technical losses using electrical circuit, PLC & other analytical tools to find out cause·
• Breakdown analysis, problem solving technique knowledge.
• Ensure maintenance KPI’s for below target.
