What you'll do

• Roles & Responsibilities :
• The BMS System Test/Validation Engineer deployed for the customer projects will support Battery Management System (BMS) testing, validation, commissioning, and system performance analysis. This role focuses on laboratory and field verification of BMS functionality, safety, reliability, and compliance with system requirements and industry standards. The engineer will develop and execute test plans, analyze system performance, support certification activities, and provide commissioning support through system integration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure successful deployment and operation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Who can apply

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Controls, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in BMS testing, validation, commissioning, or battery systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of battery systems, BMS architecture, battery safety functions, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing, instrumentation, data acquisition, and debugging of battery systems.
