What you'll do

  • Analyse revenue, cost and margin performance
  • Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Prepare variance analysis and management reporting packs
  • Support the budgeting and planning cycle with data
  • Ensure reconciliation and accuracy of financial reporting
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Financial Modelling, SQL
  • Comfort with Excel, SQL and financial modelling and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
