What you'll do

Write and prove out CNC programmes for production components
Select tooling, speeds and feeds for quality and cycle time
Support machine setters through first-off approval
Reduce cycle time and tool cost on running jobs
Maintain programme libraries and setup sheets
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of CNC Programming, G-Code, CAM Software
Comfort with CAM software and CNC controls, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
