What you'll do

Audit suppliers and track their improvement plans
Review and approve PPAP submissions before mass supply
Resolve incoming quality issues with supplier corrective action
Support new supplier development and part transfers
Report supplier quality performance to management
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Supplier Quality, Supplier Audits, PPAP
Comfort with PPAP documentation, audit checklists and ERP, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
