What you'll do

Lead end-to-end design strategy and execution across core product areas, aligning user needs with business goals and key performance metrics.
Proactively bring new product ideas and innovative solutions to the table based on market insights and user needs.
Architect, scale, and govern our comprehensive design system to ensure visual, interaction, and brand consistency across all platforms.
Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, critique, and continuous improvement.
Pioneer the integration of AI tools and workflows into the product design process to accelerate rapid prototyping, testing, and feature delivery.
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics leadership to define product roadmaps, drive strategic initiatives, and validate solutions through data-driven research.

Who can apply

3–5 years of experience in product design, delivering high-impact B2C or scale-stage digital products.
Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion design, and modern UI/UX design systems.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, strong systems thinking, strategic decision-making, and measurable user/business impact.
Experience shipping products on AI platforms and designing with an AI-first approach.
Has worked directly under design leadership and cross-collaborated with other teams
