What you'll do

• Provide VAT compliance support to clients for the VAT team by working with colleagues across Apex and liaising with HMRC. Reports to Head of VAT at Apex.

Who can apply

• Preferably HMRC trained and/or ATT or CTA qualified but can also be qualified by experience;
• Experience of VAT compliance processes including dealing directly with HMRC on registrations and returns;
• Ability to understand commercial situations and apply VAT law;
• Good team player with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proficient at using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
